Reveller’s Gilded Cosmetics

If just like me, you’ve been wondering why the 5th Anniversary loyalty cosmetics in the splash screens looked a little different from the real thing, here’s your answer! Exclusive cosmetics & mount, similar but not exactly the same as 5th Anniversary loyalty cosmetics, now available for a limited time from May 11 to May 24, 2012. These cosmetics and mount are slightly more ornate than the 4-year loyalty cosmetics.

Update 7: Mystery and Rift

Update 7 went live on Bullroarer yesterday and as usual I had to take a look and see if anything cosmetically interesting is happening for Update 7. The good news is: YES THERE IS!! I guess the best cosmetic news for myself (and I believe many others) is that all raid gear from the Rift will be available at the Cosmetics vendor. Just like the Annuminas and the Helegrod sets, they will cost 547 marks and 33 medals per piece. […]

Update 6 preview: new PvMP armour sets

I am not a big PvMP player, but I am always infinitely curious about new armour appearances and cosmetics. So here, a preview of the new PvMP armour sets that will come with Update 6. Each set comes in three different stat versions (but don’t ask me about that!) and cost a lot of commendations (2500~6000 commendations per piece). Here is how you will look in the Moors:

Today a post from Moranae on the Lotro Forums alerted me to an undocumented cosmetic change on the new purple Minstrel robe, Jacket of Resolve, Isengard instance reward. So I checked my minstrel and indeed, the robe has changed in appearance.
