Cosmetic Lotro

A good day riding

I love horses and the fact that you can ride and own horses in Lotro has always been an important part of the game for me. I collect horses, but not all on one character, because I believe some horses go better with one personality than the other. My first reputation horse was the Wardens of Annuminas horse. I ride horses myself, western style, so the Wardens’ horse was a must have for me. Since the last update it is very easy to obtain as you can get kindred within five levels, but back when I got it, it was a true prize and it still is my favorite horse. Today I took him for a ride wearing a special top that is an unusual world drop with a beautiful and unique design. I got it a long time ago off the Auction House and have never seen it since. It must be very rare.

Chest: Everstout, white dye (medium leather world drop)

Hands: Lindir’s Gauntlets, white dye (quest)

Legs: Linen Leggins, white dye (light armour smith)

Feet: Rochwen’s Boots, orange dye (quest)

Now I got that chest on my own and I’m so glad about. Found it on the auction hall today. It got a silly name in the german translation, would re-translated called something like ‘wolf’s clothing jacket’. I searched for Everstout for weeks now… πŸ˜‰

I dyed your combination in Rivendell green and it works very well for a male hunter.

Thanks for showing me this chest piece!

    • I saw someone in glff the other day offering a level 74 Jacket of Might to anyone interested in the cosmetic. After weeks of searching the AH looking for Everstout, I was amazed to see the appearance I’d been looking for in a random drop like that. I immediately contacted the person offering the shirt and now my burglar has a stylish new outfit. πŸ˜€

      • That’s fantastic! I’ve never seen the design on a regular drop. I guess people trash or vendor most of them. Congrats to a new shiny outfit! πŸ˜€
