Cosmetic Lotro

Reed fishing

I felt it was time for another dress outfit, as I haven’t done one in a while, and since the weather is still sunny I was inspired to do something a little more charming using a dress and soft pastel colors. The Straw Hat with Ribbon is just the perfect accessory to the Picnic Dress, and the shoulder piece from the Farmer’s Faire completes the homey look.

I am in the process of reorganizing my cosmetic vault space, deleting duplicates and other weird stuff and straightening out the mess that has sometimes accumulated over the years. I am decluttering! A great tool to help with this is the KikiInventory plugin. There are probably other plugins out there to do the job, but I have always been using this one and it’s extremely helpful. With this addon you avoid having to switch between bank-alts to figure out what’s where and you quickly find any duplicates that you might be storing in vain.
All this decluttering will eventually lead to a few new outfits. It’s like decluttering your closet, as you find old stuff that you had completely forgotten about and is actually not so bad!

Head: Straw Sun Hat with Ribbon, lavender dye (Farmer’s Faire)
Shoulders: Mantle of the Farmer’s Table, navy dye (Farmer’s Faire)
Chest: Picnic Dress, lavender dye (Summer Festival)
Back: Fishing Creel, lavender dye (Anniversary Scavenger Hunt)

  1. What a lovely use of lavender! It makes your Hobbit-lass’ outfit all the more charming!

And it’s such a coincidence we’ve both used pastel colors in our outfits today 🙂
