Cosmetic Lotro

Sharing power

This week my fellow blogster Devonna from Lotro Stylist, posted the most amazing guide about taking screenshots I have ever read. Her guide is very clear and complete, and was an eye opener for me as I had never thought of using Fraps in stead of the ingame screenshot feature. Devonna continues to be an inspiration for me and her guide made me take a second look at my settings and tweaks again. I frequently have to mess around with them as when I raid or play instances I turn most extra features off, so it’s always a bit of a hassle to bring things back to where they were. If you follow every step from her guide, you can’t go wrong. Thank you Dev for this great guide!

My loremaster is levelling slowly but steadily, and obtaining her Staff of the First Age was good enough reason to celebrate with a matching outfit. I used a dress that I hardly ever pull out of the drawers, but apparently nobody else does either, because I rarely see it used. You can buy it from Thorin’s Hall at kindred reputation.

If you want to know where a certain armour piece or cosmetic comes from, you can look it up in the Lorebook, by typing its name into the search box. You can equip any piece of armour cosmetically through the wardrobe, even armour that is not meant for your class or level.

Head: Circlet of the Seven Stars, default dye (Annuminas Classic Barter, light)
Chest : Long-sleeved Dwarf-make Dress, sea blue dye (Thorin’s Hall kindred reputation barter, cosmetic)
Shoulders: Songmaster’s Shoulders, sea blue dye (Mirkwood barter, minstrel -also drops in lvl75 skirmish raids)

  1. Wow you have made that dress so beautiful. I seldom use it because the part that actually dyes is pretty limited. Your screenshots are amazing as usual! I especially am in love with your second pic!
