According to the announcement on the Lotro Forum, this weekend there’s a chance for you to earn one of those rare titles: The Fashionable or The Unfashionable (or even The Eye-sore). The Fashion Maven will be out and about around Middle Earth to check your attire and give you her opinion. Traditionally she would be walking around in Bree and other major cities, but who knows where she will be hanging out this time. Make sure to make a great impression!

She should hang out in Galtrev. That is where most people hang out these days and I am in constant awe of the amazing outfits I see people wearing there.
I hope not. Galtrev is not just “one area”. It is made up of layers and inaccessible to anyone under lvl 65. That would be really… unfair.
