Today I continued to play around with my new Isengard cosmetics. The shoulders combine well with almost anything, but unfortunately they “clip” badly on certain robes, especially on hobbits. I really like the broad cloaks and I hope this design will be repeated a lot in the new expansion. The cloak and shoulder combination makes women and female elves look very elegant, as they always need a little extra shoulder volume in my opinion.
Chest: Elegant Formal Dress, crimson dye (store)
Head: Circlet of the Helmingas, default dye (Isengard preorder cosmetic)
Shoulders: Shoulders of the Helmingas, default dye (Isengard preorder cosmetic)
Back: Cloak of the Helmingas, default dye (Isengard preorder cosmetic)
Very nice. The colour combination works well and I like that dress. ๐
I’m liking the wraparound shoulder cape effect from these, but after trying some on today as a fellowship member was opening his gift boxes, it does seem to make things bulky around the neck on some characters.
I’m a bit undecided on the circlets. I love circlets as a whole (dont’ like the hats in game, most of them look stupid and they take away my lovingly chosen long hair!). These are pretty but I’m not sure about the animal head in the middle of the forehead. The white one looks nice though, the prongs look like bone. ๐
Looks very elegant!
very feminine and elegant ๐ i just somehow can’t help myself thinking the cloak is too massive…
Lovely outfit! I need to get that dress; it seems so versatile. I like the cloak in this outfit, but I agree that it would look too massive in some other combinations.
Thank you for all your sweet comments! Cosmetics are on sale this week with coupon code KEZU48, so there’s your chance to get the dress for less! ๐
I am laughing because i just saw this website for the first time and have had one of my characters in the same crimson dress and Isengard outfit since I bought the pre-order, 3 days after it came out. O.o Now i feel like i am copying LOL. BTW, dye the dress in olive and use the green gear and looks great too. However, doesnt work to my liking with the white, as the dress goes more ivory and the shoulder gear looks more silvery white.
