I think this burglar has more than just dust in the eyes, if he’s got any eye left at all!
The chest piece in this outfit is a quest reward but is, except for the white sleeves, the same as the Dwarf-make Campaigners armour. I just couldn’t bring myself to vendor it before making an outfit with it!
