For still there are so many things
that I have never seen:
in every wood and every spring
there is a different green.
Devonna from Lotro Stylist gave herself a new style challenge this week: the Tunic and Pants. The tunic and pants is a one-piece outfit that covers chest, legs, hands and feet. That leaves only shoulders, head and back to combine with, making it one of the least flexible outfits, as the colours and designs on most tunic and pants are not easy to match other pieces with. I agree with Devonna that this item is indeed a “challenge”. Moreover I think that tunic and pants look best on a hobbit. In fact, it looks to me as if the tunic and pants were designed for hobbits in the first place. They make elves and men look stalky and not very elegant. I am not sure about dwarves as I don’t have any. So here is what I have come up with: another tunic and pants outfit for my hobbit girl. I think this one makes her look very pretty actually, but the same outfit on my elves just doesn’t look as good. So it’s not always the “clothes that make the man”, sometimes it’s the hobbit that makes the clothes. 🙂
Chest: Long-sleeved Lórien Tunic and Pants, rust dye
Back: Elf-Lord’s Cloak, orange dye
Head: White Rose Circlet, white dye
