Not many women of the court get to set out and wander Middle Earth, much less fight alongside men. Yet in Lotro both men and women, noble and commoner fight side by side against the Enemy of Mordor. Some noble ladies like to keep up their appearances and dress according to their standing. Though perhaps not the most practical attire for a brawl with whiffy goblins, it certainly looks regal. Especially in royal blue.
This outfit is composed of four parts. The dress is easy to obtain as it can be bought in the store. The shoulders are simple leather vendor items from Thorin’s Hall. The headpiece however comes from bartering Moria medallions and is only available to Minstrels, Lore Masters and Runekeepers. The cloak is a lucky random level 60+ world drop.
