Oh, dance in the dark of night,
Sing to the morn-ing light.
The dark Lord rides in force tonight
And time will tell us all.
Oh, throw down your plow and hoe,
Rest not to lock your homes.
Side by side we wait the might
Of the darkest of them all.

Nightly screenshots of outfits are the hardest to take. There is no sunny spot or daylight available to bring out the colours and details on an outfit, so you have to try to find a spot that will light things up a bit, or else your screenshot will seem dull and too dark. So when I take screenshots at night or in a darker area I try to look for a lamp or a lit up area to position my model.
Nightly shots can enhance the atmosphere surrounding an outfit. These screenshots taken in the exact same position at daylight, don’t work, while at night the outfit seems to come to life. If you are looking for tips on how to take outfit screenshots of your character, check out my “how to take a screenshot” guide.
If you want to know where a certain armour piece or cosmetic comes from, you can look it up in the Lorebook, by typing its name into the search box. You can equip any piece of armour cosmetically through the wardrobe, even armour that is not meant for your class or level.

Agreed, this outfit is stunning!
beautiful!
Absolutely gorgeous! There’s a special shine about this outfit, and it all fits seamlessly together.
I agree. It looks like all the pieces were all designed to go with each other, and with that character. Wonderfully done!
Hello, I hope you can help me, ’cause I’m a little confused about something. This skirmish-cosmetics you buy at the camps, can also my ‘main character’ (not only the soldier) wear? For a long time I thought that it was only my soldier, but it seems lika you can wear it too.
Thanks for a really inspiring blog, you’re doing a great job! with love from scandinavia! 🙂
Hello Irpariel, there is a “cosmetics” vendor at the skirmish camp. He sells cosmetics for yourself AND cosmetics for your soldier. You can browse the cosmetics for yourself by selecting “cosmetic clothing”, “cosmetic items” or “Rift cosmetic clothing” from the drop down menu.
This outfit caught my eye instantly when I saw it. Absolutely stunning and I love the mix of “old” and “new” items. The lighting (and setting!) also really do bring this outfit to life.
Working to make something like this… Its amazing.
