Belondor is one of the characters from the Umbar story-line. His allegiances and motivations are complex and not one-sided. You can fight him as an opponent in a raid, he appears in the epic questline as a companion, and he has his own personal story-line to resolve in Dâr Laja. However you feel about this multifaceted character, if you do finish his personal questline (after you have first finished all three other Dâr Laja characters quests), you are rewarded with Keepsakes of Belondor, which are the cosmetic appearances of his armour set. 

These pieces include shoulders and also a helmet, but for my champion I replaced the shoulders, and I don’t use helmets for my characters most of the time, so I left that out.

The default color of the pieces is a kind of lighter steel-blue. A color that is not available as dye for player characters. I love this color so much that I couldn’t bring myself to alter the default color of this piece. To me, the default actually looks best, so I left it the way I received it, which doesn’t happen very often.

The chest piece does benefit from a cloak, as the backside of it is not very ornate or interesting. The Wig-feld is a cloack with a sword that drops from the Rift raid, and the Ceremonial version that used to drop from loot-boxes, can also be bought off the wall at Lalia’s Market.

By the way, this outfit is a great match to the Steed of the Dusk-watch, that can nowadays be bought from the Mount-vendor at Lalia’s Market.
