The Cloak of Winter Nights, another one of the Yule Festival cloaks, is a cloak that I find hard to combine. It’s hard because it has a blend of various pastel colours on the back that form a winter landscape at night. The dyeable area only covers the colour of the night sky, so you cannot change the colours of the rest of the cloak. The best way to find out which part of an item is dyeable, is to use the preview function (press ctrl+left mouseclick) and change the colour in the preview pane. It will show you what the item looks like with the selected dye colour. I am not a big fan of the new Tier 7 crafted chest pieces, as they all have a semi greenish area on chest and/or sleeves that cannot be dyed. However sometimes unpopular items find use in combination with other difficult items, and so I found that this robe’s base colours are a great match to this particular cloak.
