Umbar and Harad have some lovely cosmetics available that fit most characters. The pieces are refined and well designed, and I am grateful for the Lotro Team that they continue to progress and provide original and beautiful armour pieces. Some of these pieces are versatile and can be matched to older style armour and outfits. My elf has updated a robe that originates from older content with a few newer pieces.
A somber ensemble, suitable for a time of year when the weather is still a bit dark and gloomy.

The hood that the Kinta elves wear looks very elvish to me. This particular hood and shoulder piece are available from the Epic questline, but near identical pieces can by crafted by Tailors at Tier 16.

The robe can be obtained from the Skirmish Camp, provided one has completed In Defence of Erebor tier 1, which is available at level 85, while the raid/dungeons can be set to level 20 and completed solo.

While gloves would work perfectly well for this robe, I like to use bracers that leave the hands visible. These bracers appear in Umbar content and can be crafted by a Tailor at tier 15.
