As in some parts of the globe it is Springtime now, the Spring Festival has made a return appearance this year! I think it is quite fun to experience this season again, even though in my part of the world the leaves are falling off the trees. Spring Festival has some beautiful rewards, well worth picking up. One of the older worthwhile cosmetics is the Lasgalen Spring Dress. I think it makes my high elf look dashing.

The dress has a very bright color texture, so any dye that you apply to it, appears more bright than it usually does. I chose a darker color to make the beautiful elvish designs stand out.

I combined the dress with another Spring Festival treasure from a later date, the Boots of the Perfect Curl. These boots are wide at the top, so clip a bit with the dress. But which cosmetics don’t clip these days? I have a hard time finding stuff that still fits like it used to. They changed so many meshes for so many items that clipping becomes something you largely learn to ignore, unless it is really unbearable.

The Mantle of the Hidden Peaks is my all time favorite shoulder-piece ever. I have every single outfit equipped with this mantle. They are the absolute most versatile and most elegant shoulders and fit all races and classes. I finished this outfit with a relatively easy to get hood, from a lower level questing area, but the same hood can be obtained from Delvings. Even the Tier 1 Delvings drop this hood, albeit with a grey trim rather than gold trim. The Gloves can be crafted with Galadhrim reputation, but can also be bartered for in Dol Amroth.
